Safety and Load Securement Training

Safety is our top priority at Mista Mack LLC. Flatbed involves unique challenges, especially when it comes to load securement. Our training  includes in-depth safety and securement practices to ensure you are fully prepared.

What You Will Learn:

• Proper Load Securement: Understanding the techniques and equipment necessary to secure different types of loads safely.

• DOT Regulations: Comprehensive knowledge of Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and standards for load securement.

• Inspection Procedures: How to conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure your load remains secure throughout your journey.

• Safety Protocols: Best practices for maintaining personal and public safety on the road, including safe driving techniques and emergency procedures.

• Equipment Handling: Training on the proper use of flatbed-specific equipment such as tarps, chains, straps, and binders.

Paid Training 

​

• Duration: 1-3 weeks, depending on prior experience and learning pace.

• Compensation: During the training period, drivers will receive a $300 stipend per load to support them while they learn.

• Hands-On Experience: Training will include both on-the-road practice with an experienced flatbed team member.

• Regular Pay: After training, drivers will start earning based on our fee structure.​​​​​​​
